You can always tell a good company [Inv'cing Proc./NREIS]
Many of you replied to my message from a couple of days ago about a non-invoice "fax back" discrepancy with NREIS.
At first my request for a manual check was not favored, but apparently someone else reviewed the situation and felt my request was valid. I came home today to find the check was FedEx'ed to me.
I will send them a personal note to say, "Thank you, National!"

Yes, there is normally staff working in the morning time (8-12Noon) at Service Link. At the end of the month, they work longer Saturday hours. You should also ask for the lenders' contact number.
On a side note, the staff at ServiceLink are very good. I enjoy covering closings for their company.
