I checked out the website and it appears that you pay for them to send you signings. In my opinion, if you are paying for a service (listing) you shouldn't have to pay for them to contact you. The companies should be able to find you and call you directly. Sign up with a signing service (company) should be free. I did a search on their site and the notary's name would only show. You can't even get the info about the notary to contact him/her directly. There are other directories out there that put your info out there for actual companies to find and are a lot cheaper. Some directories are:

www.1-stopnotary.com
www.123notary.com
www.notary-services.com
www.notarywork.com
www.notarylocator.com
I think there are also a couple more but can't remember at the moment. By searching around, it will save you money. Hope this helps. Good luck on building your business...
