Thank God for this forum, just turned down an Accusignin

I am so grateful for this forum, so far I have been able to avoid companies like Ladies Will Assist, Sign on X and just a few minutes ago, Accusigning.

Nicole,
What was your deciding reason for turning down the signing? I know that I'm only one person, but I've not had a problem with them -- they are friendly, meet my fee and pay promptly. Doing a search, there is both good and so-so posts about them. Again, I'm just curious why you feel good about not taking the signing.

Nicole,
I am in total agreement with Carolyn. I have never had problems with them.

I have done several signings for Accusigning. The only problems that I have ever had is they take 60 days to pay, but they do pay. You just have to stay on top of them.

I turned down this company due to the negative information. Chasing down a payment 60 days is not good business. I handle invoices for my division all day long, and the vendors that we deal with are paid promptly, that means as soon as the department head authorize this. I don't have the patience to deal with companies who pay when they feel like it.

I always post good reviews for companies who pay and pay promptly, the ones I like are Advantage Documents-San Ramon Ca, Trust Notary, Financial Title Co, Sage Escrow, etc. I did not have to do a second request to get paid. What this means in my book is that these companies handle their business accordingly.

Another bad experience with Accusigning

We did a signing for them and found them to be quite rude. I had trouble with their documents and tried unsuccessfully to contact them. NO one answered my calls and it was almost time for the closing. In desperation I called Dynamic DOCS who in turn gave me someone at Countrywide who in turn decided to fax some of the docs to me. When I finished the signing and sent them back I got a VERY rude call from Accusigning yelling at me for sending in faxed docs! They also YELLED at me for calling Countrywide and told me in No uncertain terms "YOU ARE NEVER TO CALL THE LENDER"!! I tried to explain that I hadn't been able to get anyone at their office at all and that the number for Countrywide had been sent BY THEIR OWN office in case I had any trouble with the signing!!
You have to fax back a LOT of copies of the DOCS after the closing and it took 2 months to get paid!
They are one company that I do not ever intend to do business with again!
