Upfront fees

We all vent abount non paying companies.

Has anyone succeeded in getting payed upfront when the SS was desperate?

I have my own no-no list and am considering not saying "go perform an anatomically impossible act" but " include a check with the package and I'll gladly do the closing"

yup....Thomas Sirianni closing in November. They scheduled it 4 days in advance and I told them pay up front or no closing.....they actually did it!

that was 1st on my list - next was sign on the x. Several call from both recently, turned them down.
