Fidelity National Title

Hello,
Just wanted to know from those of you that have done signings for these guys if you can tell me in general whether or not their loan packets are huge(Ameriquest) of more of a reasonable size?

I have done many signings for Fidelity National Title. The size of the loan packet, in my experience, depends on who the lender is and how the borrower's credit is. I don't know if anyone else has found this to be true, but when the borrower has very good credit the loan packets tend to be smaller.

I've signed loans where Ameriquest is the lender and they do have large loan packets.
