Warning on Network Solutions Company for Website

Just a heads up for those of you looking to create your websites. Do NOT use Network Solutions. They may have been ok at one time, but I have heard from a reliable source that they will take your money and run. They will not respond 24/7 as they advertise. And, if they do, it's an automated reply. There is virtually no support system in place and they are not at all user-friendly. Their response to any complaint about service is met by an automated "you paid for a year" and no offer to resolve the difficulty of building the site.
