I sent them a collection letter cc: BBB and the Title company. The title company called as soon as they received the letter and informed me that Siranni's office was paid she also said they no longer use him. Needless to say, I still havent gotten paid.

Be aware of this person.

I'll tell you what I did to get paid. I sent the title company's (which were LSI, ILS and Equity Title) copies of the invoices Sirianni's hadn't paid. Then I sent Sirianni's a copy of what I sent to the title company.
Ellen gave a song and dance about a title company not paying them for work performed. This is the same tired answer they always give.
I got paid finally for all my invoices all the way back to August. However, I will not work for them anymore.
