What companies are best to market yourself to?
I am a newbie in Virginia, and would like to know should I market myself to title cos, banks, signing companies, etc and what companies are good to target. Also, what is the best way to get to know the documents that is required for signatures. Thanks for any info.

This is advice I posted earlier today on this board. First bit of advice -- read this board in its entirety. There is a wealth of information on it, both for loan questions and general notary questions. Start by pushing the first button and read ALL the way to the last. Then after reading it all, if you have any specific questions, post them. There are NO shortcuts in this business and remember it is a business, not a job! There is a whole world of difference!
Hugh, says it so much more elequently than I, but you've not been around lately. If you follow the above advice, you'll understand when you read some of his posts.
