Hi Jlynn,
I just bought one. Someone else on this board advised they had one (when I started shopping around for a new printer). My sister had researched many brands and models and prices, before deciding this one was the best bang for the buck. So with those sources and a little comparisons myself, well, I couldn't resist

It is relatively quiet, prints fast (20 or 21 ppm), (I believe) it is a PCL6 and I have thoroughly enjoyed using it. I used to use only HPs, but have since given up on them!

I have a Brother MFC 8600 all in one. Had it for years and never a problem. Love it
