You know how you get this spiel when asked to close chase loans and you have to do everything but return your first born child with the docs, but chase will only pay... no matter where you are asked to go etc. Well I was speaking to a fellow notary who says it his guess that Chase bundles these loans to the lowest bidder and therefore the lowballing. I am pretty flexible but when one of the richest corps in the world does this it gets my Irish up. They want you to be their personal file clerk but will only pay ...

Did a Chase loan in December 2004. after jumping thru their many hoops, I finally got paid 41/2 months later! Something to think about before accepting a signing from them.
