I have recently done a loan closing for someone and they have failed to pay me. I wanted to know if there is a list that I can pass her name on to and if there is a list that provides people that do pay their notaries when they are used. Please help me out! Thanks a Million!

I will assume you gave the company sufficient time to get the check to you, per your agreemetn with them.

Thanks for responding to my question. I was informed when I took the signing that I would be sent a check within two weeks and now it has been two months since the payment. The information you have given me will be of great help.
