If no response is received back from them today, I will be taking action against my 1st SS for nonpayment. Closing was completed on 09/12/05. Yes, I normally give 30 days before checking, but in this case I even gave them more than 30 days (10/19)..The only response I received was that my check should have been cut on 10/15/05 and she would have bookeeper check on it. On 10/24/05, I asked for status again and also attached my collection letter. Still no response received.
It really irriates me when the SS just doesn't respond. I'm more receptive to SS responding than not responding at all. Just keep the lines of communication open and I'm a happy camper. It will be almost 60 days in 9 days and the one thread about this company stated payment was received on the 50th day or so.
Just wanted to put another thread out there about this company and how they are a slow pay, non-responsive SS in case someone else wants to go out there and do a search on them.
