Demand Letter

I sent a demand letter to a lo at a TC he has not acknowledged my attempts it was 2 months ago.i spoke to escrow and they said the lo would have to take care of it as the borrowers canceled while I was at the table they were so angry at the LO . So I have made several calls ,e-mails, letters faxed, faxed invoices and he will not respond so I sent a demand letter ,it was signed for . My question is now what??
We are both in Ca. but far from each other. It was e-docs and the travel 75 miles.
