Signing is in CA, property in New Mexico, is there anything

should know before doing the signing or should I follow procedure (change the venue) as I would for any other US state?? Thanks for your input.

New Mexico is a U.S. state, it is close to Texas.

I have only done two signings for property purchased outside of California, both lenders required the borrowers to have two credible witnesses. Have never done any for New Mexico.
