An ideal situation.

Title company calls on the 26th of October to do a closing on November 3rd!

Hud arrives in my email box on November 1st!!!!

Overnight docs arrive at my door on November 2nd with HUD included!!!!!!!

Contact borrower 2 days ahead and actually reach him on the first call!!!!!!!!!

Have worked with title company before and they pay within 7-14 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It USED to be this way all the time when I first started Betsy. The TC's and Lenders called us direct when they needed a notary.
