Work Order Tab

Boy I don't even know what questions to ask. I signed up the other day with Notary Rotary.
I went to the work order tab where it told me the following:
Agency Agreement - Notary to Company

Use this type of agreement to establish a tracking relationship between a notary or small signing service and an agency, document company or title company. If you have completed an Independent Contractor Agreement for a third-party and are currently providing services to them, you will probably want to use this form of tracking agreement.

I have many of the listed companies as my current customers so I chose this option and bypassed the agreement. How does this 'establish a tracking relationship between notary and an agency? Could someone elaborate on the full function/purpose of the work order site?
I have my own bookkeeping and invoicing software so I don't need work order or invoices, is their more purpose than that?
