a little help please???

i checked the search button for backdating. i am still a little confused,i got a call to do a 3 day right to cancel, it was dated the day i brought it to the borrowers, i did not backdate, now i get a call saying that i was suppose to backdate.

I would call the individual back that told you that you were to backdate. Then take down the full name of the individual, company, and contact number and report them to your Secretary of State because it is illegal.

What did you discover when you did the search? Backdating is a common subject on this board.

Don't ever do it on your notarizations and RTC.
