K7.net-Fax Service

I received my fax number through K7.net and I did a test fax to my number. When I printed it out, the print was very small. Anyone know how to fix this printing problem. I cannot use this service until I get it figured out and I couldn't find "the fix" on their website.

Could it be in your printing settings? I have used k7 for quite a while and have never had a problem viewing or printing.

What viewer do you use? When you receive the fax, what file type is is (ex. .tif)

K-7 sends their free faxes as TIF files. There are tons of TIF viewers.

Exactly where I was heading, Paw - I just had to run out for a bit.

I use the Microsoft Office Document Imaging viewer to view the k7 faxes - works great. Had a friend set up k7 using a different viewer, and it didn't work quite right. Once they set up the Microsoft viewer it works great. Try that viewer Marie, and let me know if it works better for you.
