No Charles...that's not it, and you know it. Status quo is powerful and change scares people. What's familiar can sometimes bring more comfort than change for the better.

Charles is trying to help educate, he happens to come off as hating SS’s but I doubt he hates them.
Every Co. is out to make buck, including SS’s, no one can dictate what SA agree to. We live in the United States, its called free enterprise.
