in one signing...this is a first! we sign all sigs in blue and the notarial blocks, I sign in black....hmmmm
something new every day!
Better tag this one so I don't mess up. Actually I can't tag it, they have the docs haha
anybody care to guess who it's with?
hint: starts with a Q

Not the only one who gets blue ink requests.
All signatures in blue.
Anything hand written in black.
NREIS often has these requirements.
Have a confirmation for one this week like that. Docs to borrowers.

This is a Quicken loan thru JMT, I hear the pkgs are neat and quick. I just can't get ahold of the borrowers.

Charm, they are definately quick and easy. I love doing these packages. And the best part of JMT is they actually pay when the date on the confirm says they will! Good luck with the borrower, happened to me once with JMT, they got me a new number.

Charm,

I had a signing which emanated from a local title company - they wanted the borrowers to sign in blue and me to sign in black ink. Structuring it this way comported with a Michigan statute passed in '97, so they did know what they were doing.
