We have been getting alot of calls from Nations Direct for Ditech loans, however, Ditech is now requiring attorneys to close their loans evan in non attorney states, so all we are doing is assisting an attorney here because he is not a notary. So when Nations accepts our fee, all we have to do is notarize, they still try to undercut us though.

I get DiTechs from ND, FASS, and Stompin Stampers. Cut my signing teeth on them years ago; have always been one of my favorites for uniform packages and simplicity. Rarely take more than 20 minutes.
