I will be doing tomorrow a Home Savings Loan; Any different?

I was told that they are a little different.
Can someone share their experiences? I did a search and nothing came up.

EVERY LOAN IS DIFFERENT Calnotary. You would be highly regarded, if, when you get the documents, you call the Closing Agent, or Title or Escrow Officer, and go over each item, and make any notes on a post-it for yourself, and ask all the questions that you need answered, before you go to make the appointment with the borrowers. The more questions you ask of a lender or closing agent, or escrow or title officer, the more confident and comfortable that those contacts will feel about you, and that you care enough about getting the documents prepared, responsibily and completely, prior to the signing.
