Simple Jurat Question

I am in NY doing a closing for a CA property. Apparently CA requires jurats which I have never had to use...I just want to be sure that I do it correctly. Do I just attach a jurat to whichever docs require notarization?

Here is a link to the CA SOS and the updated 2005 jurat. Hope this helps.

You are in NY, follow NY law. Call the signing company for answers before you get advise here that does not pertain to your state. We in CA have to added the CA jurat if it does not meet CA requirements, this does not make it a lender requirement. Every document that needs a notarization does not need a jurat, it may need an ACK.
