Warranty Deed

Help, I am going out tomorrow to witness a warranty deed in CT, Can I be one of the witnesses as well as the Notary? Thanks in advance on whoever can help. Tina

Of course you can be a witness , but you need 2 witness for that document ( One of them is you)
