Flying into BWI today and renting a car ... oh joy!
Thanks for the heads up Art - not that there is anything I can do about it. We're flying to MD today for my sister's 50th wedding anniversary celebration. They're on the Eastern Shore in Queen Anne's county. Not only do we have to fight the gas prices, but the Labor Day traffic across the Bay Bridge as well (Joy, again).
Where are you in MD? I used to live in Severna Park and work in Towson (a hundred years ago in the early 60's).

I live in Pasadena, - 2 months.
Lived in Queenstown before that.
Bay bridge traffic is not bad except on friday and sundays, now that all lanes are open.

I spoke with a gal at an Atlanta TC who said that it's running about $3.29 there. She did see places selling gas for as much as $8.99!!! a gallon Wednesday, but the governor's order brought the prices back in line really fast.
