In CA, Flat fee for loans but in our journal we show fee for
notarized signatures. At $10 per signature, sometimes the notarizations add up to more than the "flat fee". SO what amount do you others put in your journal for notary fees? $5, $10, or does ir differ in each case depending on what your "total" signing fee is??? Thats for your input!

When I have a signing that has more notarizations then my fee, I divide the fee by the amount of notariztion to get a figure for a single signature. Example:Fee is $120.00, Notarizations is 16 which would equal $7.50 per signature. I write that figure in my journal for each entry.
