Why clients were refinancing
Had a good Oh my Gosh laugh last week at a signing. The couple, was taking some $$ out of the house to do some fixing. They have a VERY old house that had been in the family for generations. She had her VERY large friend (not her exact words ) from college come for a visit. They were all getting ready to go to bed when the friend proceeded up the stairs to the second floor. Half way up the stairs, she fell through the stair case! She was not hurt at all and the husband had to quickly build some make shift steps to get everyone up to bed. She said all the could do was giggle all night long!

The stair should have a disclaimer or posted weight limit lol.
