A good laugh...MD TPLs

I received an email today from LFC stating;
"I just wanted to keep you abreast of the recent laws regarding loan closings in MD."
A "Title Production License" as the email calls it is now needed to do loan closings in MD.
Well, I guess that "new" law is finally reaching everyone! LOL. :p

A couple of other SS's sent the same thing about the "new" law. Maybe MIA is finally going to start cracking down.

It got we required in June of this year here in Indiana and since then not a soul has asked for it. My regulars did before the deadline.
