Hello,

Can you fax a notarized document that has a stamp, not a seal?

Can I notarize a document that includes my self in a statement?

You can dang well fax whatever you please, notarized or not! Just last night I saw on the reruns of "Raymond" where a co-worker of Raymond faxed a picture of his body part taken while sitting on the copier.
