Thank you all for your much needed input I did some reading and come to realize I don't like IRS forms but that's besides the point , However I did know the form did not have to be notarized I was just lacking a general understanding of it ....Thank You all for your help and posting the most accurate info to the various questions that come across this board..HAVE A GREAT DAY .........
