add ALLSTATE NOTARY and FIDELITY NATIONAL to No-No list
I read Brad's msg about "Notary on the Go" this am. There's another scumbug by the name of Shaun at AllState Notary to add to that list. I have tried contacting the Lender also after many tries with Shaun just to get an address since all I had to go on "rush job" is his e-mail address and asked that they provide just an address so I could register the invoice with the NNA collection dept. Absolutely no response from them either (registered mail) asking for their help, so Fidelity National in Tustin, CA is ignoring the fact that "their contact person" does not pay NSA's for their services!

Re: Here's another one to avoid.
Same problem with Countrywide - were in Simi Valley, but the one email I got back from Robert Monico stated they had moved to Sepulveda. 7 weeks no payment for me. Posted problem the other day and other notaries suggested that I contact their main office because they didn't think they wanted to get a reputation for not paying their notaries. So I sent a certified letter to 2 different addresses. Haven't got the confirmation back that they were received, but if I get any results I will let you know.

Re: FIDELITY NATIONAL No-No list
I had posted a while back about Fidelity National -- seemed that most of my o/s invoices were with them as lender -- coincidence??? I'm VERY LEARY of gettnig paid when I see that they're the lender. However, I have gotten paid on some of theirs, so I don't know if it's them or who they hire. Jury is still out on that one...but, it reinforces the idea to ask who the lender is...

Re: FIDELITY NATIONAL No-No list
I've done a lot of business with Fidelity National across the country. This is the first time I've ever had a problem and also the first signing for that office in CA. I believe it is a direct connection with Shaun @ Allstate Notary that is the problem, but the end result is this is going to collection and since they won't "share" info on locating Shaun @ Allstate Notary they will be the one's ending up on the collection notice.
