Kensington Title paid me

I posted around Thanksgiving that Kensington Title was past due in payment to me. Others said they had overdue payments as well. ML/PA was paid after speaking to "Paul" and re-faxing the invoice (message 161945). I contacted the person who handled the escrow file and hired me for my Kensington closing. She forwarded my e-mail to "Paul" who asked her to have me resubmit my invoice (sound familiar?) and he would expedite payment. I received my payment in the mail a week later.

I'm glad to be paid, but it concerns me that we ALL must make follow-up calls/e-mails and then re-fax our invoices to Paul that were already sent when the job was done!

I'm glad to hear you got paid. I will not do anymore business with them. I just consider myself luck that I only did one and gor paid for it.

Yep, same here. Late pay. Have to fax invoice and HUD to Kensington, Attn.: Paul Norcia at (646) 619-4884. Have to keep doing this every time. They must make a lot off no-pay for non-follow-ups and slow pay for those that do follow up.

I just let them know that I'm not doing any more util they've paid all their acct.s receivable (past dues from 4 months back). I guess I should drop them if I'm smart.
