can someone help me out with DDox?

I have a signing today at 3. I logged on to DDox with my log-in info and password and there are no packages to print. On my confirmation- the special instructions say 'assign to notary with ddox capability' and then it says 'Username 119495'. I've tried everything I could think of to do when searching for the package. I'm thinking that they are just not there. any recommendations. LSI is closed and I don't even get a voicemail.

Search the LSI emails and confirmations thoroughly for a password for the Username 119495 (if that is not your username)
I have had the same situation arise frequently with DynamicDox... usually, the escrow company username and password is what they're looking for.

For most of the signing fees LSI has wedged itself between you and escrow. They took the weekend off to spend all that money.

The forwarded email should give you a clue because you are not the client (username). So follow the chain, but You might have to call the loan originator.
