Client database--- Excel or Word Template Anyone?

I want to use a simple database that will enable me to record all client contacts. Does anyone have a basic 'template' (?) that I may use? OR would you know of a free download anywhere? I tried searching through download.com but had no luck.

I use the term 'template' loosely because I'm not sure if that is correct. If I am wrong, feel free to correct me. We all usually learn something new everyday, however today I haven't learned anything!

If you have MS Office products, you can go to Microsoft Online, they have a lot of templates. Try this link.
