If the home is in a trust do you sign everything like this:

John D Doe
JOhn D Doe,trustee

I mean in all DOT, Notes and riders.

Call the TC. Some TCs will be fine with the wording you use, while others prefer the entire trust verbiage. To be sure, contact the TC.
