I refused one, because the weather was very bad, and I have never worked for them before,
besides it wasnt very close to me and they werent paying a lot.

Did a signing for them about 3 years ago, took 3+ months and a letter threatening collection to get payment. They keep calling me to do this day and I just tell them my rate is more than they will pay so they turn me down.

Did a job for them 12/28/05. Agreed to a very generous

amount for a one borrower, one loan package. I haven't been paid yet obviously but I'll keep you posted.

P.S. SOX called me a few minutes after QLF did to see if I could do the SAME signing. I posted a thread about it a few days ago.
