Signing Log

December was my first month a Mobile Notary. I did 15 signings. When I first started I was unsure of what to keep track of. I purchased the Signing Agent Log from NNA. What I am finding out now, is that I probably should have also kept track of the Title Co. and Lender in the event of no-pay, which I didn't. I ended up creating my own journal in excell. Is there anything else I need to keep track of? -- Other than the normal - Date, Customer, Company, amount, invoice, paid date, doc's notarized and notes?

Thanks for the help in advance, I appreciate it.

Full addresses of TC and lender, phone numbers if they're available.

Loan(s) and file(s).
