Advice on Bankruptcy buy out?

I have done several closings but all of the loans have been refi's that were very straight forward. I have been contacted to possibly do another one and the LO tells me that it is a Bankruptcy buy out. Is there anything special or different in this situation that I need to be aware of? Any information is greatly appreciated. TIA
