for sentencing, I don't recall hearing he was ill, my first thought went to suicide.

Dean men tell no tales...
I find it very interesting that Ken Lay dies just as he's about to go to a "pound me in the @$$ prison." Remember, dead men tell no tales and Kenny-Boy could tell a lot of tales about the Bush Crime Family. Most notably their ties to the Bin Laden's and their connections to the Taliban whom Bush met numerous times while he was Governor of Texas. Ken Lay was wacked and it was made to look like a heart attack. There are numerous drugs and poisons that would kill and mislead a coroner to think it was a heart attack at first glance. I want to read the toxicology report. The REAL toxicology report.
