Corporate Deed of Trust # 2 for Electronic Filing??
Anyone had this come up? I've done lots of xxxxx signings and am seeing something in Refi packet and don't know if it's just AZ or not. Normal Deed of Trust doc, required ACK, also the Corporate Deed of Trust doc (which I don't need to worry about) however now there's a second Corporate Deed of Trust identified with a signature block for notarization specified to the AZand County for electronic filing. AZ is not an electronic filing state and I'm thinking that the lender may want it completed since they are in CA.??... I called NNA Hotline & they have no idea......
