God I hate calling on SS for a 30day past due invoices...
I think that SS ,Title Escrow or what ever, that it needs calling and refaxing invoices in order to get paid are a PITA, do they think we dont have anyother thing to do? God, it seems that we are financing their business,
any customer that needs calling at every single check doesnt deserve to keep working for them. What do yo think? Sorry just venting.

I totally agree with you. Now, I learned a new meaning for the word "PITA' and here I was under the impression it meant " Pita Pocket " or " Pita bread" boy was i mistaken, I like your meaning much better. Wish we could put it on the Invoices.

I feel your pain...I spent from 8:00am til 2:00 pm this afternoon being nasty collecting money.....unfortunately I have found out that being nice gets you nowhere fast.

Yes, I was just thinking I needed to send out some invoices this weekend, now. the first week of June, low and behold a pleasant surprise in the mail today. I
won't be invoicing this weekend. It really is a pain.

I totally agree. I was thinking about calling too. Resisting like crazy because I did everything I was asked to do the day of signing. Now they can't keep up their end of the bargain by paying on time. Isn't that amazing. I wonder what they would do if I sent the docs out 15 days late? I can say fax me a copy of the docs and I'll see what I can do about getting you the papers?

flamingfl...that was such a nice and unique way to present it. I'm sure they would not like it if we held on to the documents...it would be like holding the docs hostage...but they hodl our pay hostage.
i'm thankful for the SS's/TC's that do have the courtesy to pay on time and gives us the respect as notaries. its just to bad the others who don't know how to do this had not learned from the ones who does. And the "bad ones" wonder why notaries say "no" alot....
(maybe they don't know what the word "reputation" means?
