Living Trust Notarization-California

Did a search, but couldn't find what I was looking for. When you notarize a Living Trust in California, do you charge a flat fee, or charge per signature?

I charge by how many time's I stamp.

I charge a flat fee which includes travel.

For 10 or less signatures I quote per signature + travel.
If more than 10 signatures then I will give 10 to 20% discount.
