I WAS JUST RECRUITED TO DO THESE FOR A TITLE COMPANY. WHO OUT THERE HAS EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TYPE OF LOAN? WHAT CAN I EXPECT? WHAT SHOULD I LOOK OUT FOR?
