Initial Loan??
Maybe I am having an off day, BUT - has anyone heard of an "Initial Loan"?
When chatting with a ss today, I asked the scheduler if this was a refi assignment, she told me the order was for an initial loan. I asked her what that meant, and she said "How would I know, you are the notary!" I need to review my notary laws obviously, since I missed the section on types of loans and where it says I am to posses that type of knowledge. Is this maybe a purchase? I am lost.
But, since they were only offering $60 for 35+ miles one way, I will not be completing this signing unless she can get my fee approved (Have I heard that before?? Hmmmm...)
