Stick ups on your desktop

In my last computor I had this neat little note stickup thing that I could write a quick note on and them it had a pushy pin that put it on my desktop to remind me about the note. Does anyon one know what it is or how or if you can get it on a Dell?It would popup on that date I'd put it in for. Really handy! Thanks!
