Outlook is part of the Microsoft Office package.
Once you open OUTLOOK <not outlook express>
on the left hand side there will be a LIST
click on CALENDAR.....
Start entering your apointments ect.
If you look around in there .. it has a PRINT FORMAT for most major DAY-RUNNERS/PLANNERS
You have the option for it to throw Reminders up on your screen within a set period of time.
