First for me. CIV requires bo's signatures.

I have seen a lot of CIVs and not once did they ask for borrowers signatures. Until last night. Luckily I caught it before I dropped the docs off. Has anybody experienced this? I'm wondering if it's a new thing or a fluke.

Re: Customer Identification Verification.

I have done quite a # of these where I had to take borrower's signature.
