Question for GA Notaries

I have a warranty deed that will be signed tomorrow with two lines for unofficial witness signatures. Can I sign one and do they need to find another witness or should they find two witnesses on their own?

Hi Lisa
I am not in GA, but Ga does require two witnesses and one must be the notary.
