Hi guys!

I just wanted to know if anyone would be interested in having me "observe" a loan signing session. I really want to attend one before I commit to doing loan signings on my own.

Hi Elisa,

Before proceeding, use the SEARCH button and search for msg #33325 before doing any signings. That thread has a lot of valuable information from a lot of the respected members here. Another thing is to read, read and read so more. Know your state laws inside and out and use the orange search button. A lot of questions you may want to ask may have been asked and answered before.

Also keep in mind that you are entering the Notary Signing game as it is slowing down. Given that, there may not be anyone willing to let you go for a ride-along at this stage. However, I could be wrong. I do have a few thoughts that may help you if you would like to email me.
