WOW!

Just completed a 2hr signing for a Lt. Col. The whole time the LO was on the phone having to explain in detail escrow and the hud statement. The Lt's fiancee was a former VP of a bank and was there with most of the questions.

Personally, if i was the LO I would have been crying the first 20 minutes. The Lt was a really nice guy but from my position it seemed there was a lot of times the LO and fiancee were not on the same page at all. It closed but everyone was left reeling!
